Every encounter starts with respecting what isn’t seen: the line between your public life and this private moment. We keep no client history, share no contacts with anyone, and the data we need to coordinate the appointment is wiped after it ends.

How do I make a booking?
Via WhatsApp or Telegram. Tell us the model, day, time and address. We confirm in minutes with full discretion.
Are the photos real?
Yes. Every image is recent and belongs to the model herself. We verify each profile before publishing.
Are there extra fees?
No. The hourly rate is transparent. Only the taxi cost is added if the location requires it.
How is privacy guaranteed?
We do not store client data. All communication is direct, encrypted and removed after the encounter.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash at the start of the encounter, or bank transfer if confirmed in advance.
How are companions verified?
Every companion on IBIZAPASYON completes an in-person verification before her profile is published. We confirm identity, age and that every photograph is recent and genuinely hers; retouching is limited to light editing, never alteration. Profiles are reviewed regularly and any image that no longer reflects reality is replaced. Who you see on the site is who arrives at your door.
What discretion measures are in place?
Discretion is absolute at every stage. Communication happens only through the channel you choose, no client records are kept, and nothing in our correspondence identifies the agency. Companions arrive elegantly dressed and unaccompanied, blending naturally into any hotel lobby, restaurant or marina. After the encounter, conversation histories are deleted. Your privacy is treated exactly as we treat our own.
Can I pay by card or bank transfer?
Cash in euros remains the preferred method, settled discreetly at the start of the encounter. Bank transfer is available when the booking is confirmed in advance, and for extended engagements or travel a partial advance may be requested. No statement or receipt ever references the nature of the service. Simply tell us your preference when booking.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day bookings are usually possible: we operate 24/7 and can often confirm within the hour. For a specific companion, a duo, or dates in peak season (June to September), we recommend reserving 24 to 48 hours ahead. Yacht days, travel and event bookings benefit from a few days’ notice so every detail can be arranged calmly.
Which languages do the companions speak?
Our companions collectively speak Spanish, English, French, German and Italian, and many are comfortable in two or three languages. The concierge team answers in all five, so you can write to us in whichever you prefer. If conversation in a particular language matters for a dinner or an event, mention it and we will suggest the right profile.
Which areas of Ibiza do you cover?
We cover the entire island, 24 hours a day. Companions reach Playa d’en Bossa, Dalt Vila and Marina Botafoch in Ibiza Town, Sant Antoni and its bay, Santa Eulària, and the villas around Cala Jondal and Es Cubells, as well as every other municipality. Travel time depends on the location; we confirm the arrival window when you book.
How does outcall to a hotel, villa or yacht work?
Simply share the address, hotel and room number, or marina and berth, and we handle the rest. The companion arrives elegantly dressed, alone and punctual, indistinguishable from any other guest. For yachts we coordinate boarding details with your captain or steward if you wish. A taxi supplement applies only when the distance requires it, always confirmed beforehand.
Do you arrange duo bookings, dinner dates and events?
Yes. We arrange duo bookings with companions who know each other well, as well as dinner dates, club nights, private parties and business events. For social occasions, companions dress for the setting and carry themselves with natural ease and conversation. Tell us the occasion when you book and we will recommend the profiles best suited to it.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes, bookings can be changed or cancelled without charge when you notify us with reasonable notice. Simply message us through the same channel and we will adjust the time, location or companion. We only ask that you avoid last-minute cancellations once a companion is already on her way; in that case a travel courtesy may apply.
